How I Run A For Profit & Non Profit Successfully: Jen Gurecki of Coalition Snow & Zawadisha Fund

Radically changing lives and elevating the status of women

It’s not easy running a snow gear company and a nonprofit organization simultaneously. Jen Gurecki, however, is doing just that. She is the CEO of Coalition Snow, the first high performance snow sports gear brand created for and made by women–which gained traction after its successful Kickstarter campaign. She is also the Chief Innovation Officer of  Zawadisha fund, a nonprofit that provides resources and opens opportunities for women in Kenya.
