Journey from Wales to France to start his love affair with food. He even learned to love the formerly dread snails.
Gareth was tending to a farm that treated animals extremely well. It failed when food buyers wanted the cheapest chickens possible. The chickens of competitors were sold in market after just 32 days after hatching. Eggs on legs.
