Interview: Personal chef making farm to table cool again with Elatia Harris
Elatia Harris is bringing sexy back when it comes to farm to table food. She is a personal chef for Lucy’s Mom Cuisine and the leader of farm to table food movement called Tessa’s Table 2050. Over the years she has developed a palette of classic European, Asian, and other global flavors to broaden her movement to make our relationship with food fun again. We talk about food writing and the future of thoughtful eating.
